By being a Design Build Firm are able to take any project from conception to Completion. This ability to design a project from beginning to end helps value engineer all projects to fit the expected budget.
Proposal/Estimate:
Our estimates are the most comprehensive and critical part of beginning a project next to having a complete professional set of plans. We offer detailed break downs of all phases of the project, including subcontractor bids based on, onsite walk-throughs prior to presenting the proposal, detailed itemization of products and comprehensive detailed production schedules. We pride ourselves on our transparency. RMN Construction offers the same service for private architectural firms who have developed prints for our clients.
Contract/Authorization Forms:
Like our estimates, out contracts are detailed and comprehensive leaving nothing out. We do what we say. All contracts refer to the agreed upon proposal and specify every aspect of your project. To aid in the transparency of our projects we provide detailed Authorization forms for every aspect from, color of walls, to type of tile.
